October 25, 2025 – The AWUM Board of Directors is happy to announce the election of Myat Thanda Tun and Christy Shannon to the Board of Directors of Asian Women United of Minnesota. Myat Thanda Tun and Christy Shannon bring with them a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to advancing AWUM’s mission to end domestic violence in the Asian Pacific Islander community and beyond.
